i went yesterday to the mall and i activated the wi-fi on my fone to wap wit it and today when i wanted to browse my yahoo messenger it didn't let me, said wi-fi connection unavailable. i restarted my fone. nothing. so i deleted the privacy history and now won't let me browse the messenger at all, i didn't verify wit other sites but it let me browse the orange portal, thru which i browse the messenger. * +

look in your settings and see if you still have WiFi turned on. the fone will use it in priority over normal network so that might be it.. * +

i think i forgot the wi-fi over night, but even after i turned it off i have the same problem. do you think it's my wi-fi or they're wi-fi fault? * +

it tells me connecting thru linkxs(the wi-fi adress i connected at at the mall), than wi-fi connection unavailable and it gives me a blue page... * +

your WiFi on the fone can't be switched off if it's doing that.. unless your browser or IM app is turning it back on.. check the settings of these apps to see if there's anything like use WiFi to connect etc etc. * +

the wi-fi my fone is stuck on is actually called 'linksys' lol, maybe that's a problem. i'd do factory reset if that will help. * +

goto normal settings menu and look for either fone or connectivity and turn off the whole WiFi system. linksys sounds like a network but not your actual WiFi... * +
