I just got a power pack device for my phone samsung galaxy s2 and I want to know if it is wrong to connect the phone to the power pack device if the mobile battery is fully charged.Thanks * +

It is like a cover for the phone with an external battery in it, so I have to but the phone in it all the time and I am afraid if that have any bad effect on the phone battery * +
