or goto de internet settings and add ur server Ip address and port,put authentication normal if it refuses authentication shuld be in secure it will work try it out * +

or do it the other way if u have ip and port remove it,but it shuld work either ways if you try but firstly contact ur service provider for new fone settings * +

try looking in the advanced settings and changing from whatever protocol your on now to the other @pinkums *
