you could Google for phoenix or jaf or look for flashing guides like on sites like ipmart or dailymobile. they'll usually have links to the files needed.. * +

Of couse its for nokia only, android phone can flash rom itself. But still have flasher for separate brand such odin for samsung and flashtool for sony. * +
