Hi, I requested the unlock code so I can put any sim into my lumia 710 so my mam can use it on virgin mobile UK from o2, but all the customer service rep said was to keep my o2 sim in for 24 hours and it should be unlocked, she didn't ask for the imei number which I thought they needed to generate the code? Any thoughts on this? Has the procedure changed? Because the phone is requesting I enter a code when I put the sim in *
