there's a piece of software in Ovi store that does half of the job in that if you have the mac address it will tell if possible wat the wep is. if you can find another piece of software that'll detect the mac address before your connected then your onto something. * +

Aircrack ng? There was some Development made for nds,maemo,ios, psp and qt i read while googling, i only tried pc version , its working and later my neighbour change his wifi name to StopStealMyNet. * +

wifi asks you for the wep key not a password and user name. the rest i've already said. * +

WiFi is a radio, if your device doesnt have it, theres no app to enable it as it is hardware, not software *
