Im not sure about Windows Phone as its currently limited to Qualcomm chips based on ARMv7 architecture and 800x480 screen res, while E7 has an outdated ARM9 CPU and old 640x360 nHD res. Android could be possible especialy since E7 has a GPU, but its still near impossible. If you want a phone to flash OSs onto then get HTC HD2, it has Android, Meego, Windows Phone and Windows Mobile -latest of all of them. *
