its for wen you use a java app and it asks you at every juncture do you give the app permission to read your data or write data. it stops it from asking those questions. * +

For symbonic guestion 3mel answer you there. and for the java application you install you go into application manger and press option then open that java application (in blue) and allows all for permission in that java application settings etc * +
