i'm not trying to be rude but i typed the splinter cell conviction e71 .jar into google and that was the 1st link. the options in the game will have a language section usually if its not in English. if it doesn't then its not likely to be the real official game. * +

on further searching i'm seeing wat you mean. some have removed the language file and replaced it with an English one from another version of the game but their link had been removed because they left it as a .jar extension. i doubt many java modders pop by here these days. *
