So the Nokia 808 PureView runs an updated version of Belle known as Belle Feature pack 1, the Nokia701, 700 and 603 will also get this update and get their CPUs bumped up to 1.3GHz just like the 808's, older S3 phones (N8, C7, E7, C6-01, X7 etc...) unfortunetly wont get the update: http://is.gd/PTwuK9 ,so is that the end of the road for the legendary N8 and company i wonder? Or will they jump to the rumoured 'Carla'? * +

Nokia announced they will roll out the updates within couple of months. Now rephrase that to mid 2013. The list of enhancements and improvements looks stunning though * +

Not giving 603 1.3ghz update means it hardware is not on par with700,701 i.e limitation on 603 hardware... Am still wondering if 603 will be able to hold some HD content like 701 will! * +

Its not like Elop is the only ringmaster, there are many inside the company and board at crucial positions who still supports symbian and meego. thats why we still see new symbian devices and great updates for n9 evenif its against his wish. Even after that pr*ck managed to get a hefty pricing on n9 and not making it available at crucial markets, N9 outdid every expectations and thats why he isnt able to announce its numbers. * +

Elope has actually speed up the software development process for Symbian. Earlier, you'd have to wait for years for a single update. * +

I dont get why they dropped support for X7 and other 2011 Anna phones so soon? Nokia are known for long term FW support, is Elop and co. trying to rush Symbian out the door to focus primarily on S40 and Windows Phone? * +
