not sure i understand this. do you want to access the sim still or just use the fone ? the sim is dead either way and you might as well just use the fone offline. * +

its always saying 'simcard registration fail' in every few minutes, that annoying, just want to use the phone radio, thats why not offline. * +

but does the card actually still work ? the fone is offline in some fones if sim registration fails. get a new sim and use it once every few months so they dont deactivate it * +
