if you moved the installserver.exe to c:/sys/bin and deactivated all the patches it can only be the .exe one thats working. you could try turning on open4all patch again and deleting installserver.exe and then activating the patch version after a reboot, and that will work for you as well. it just has to be one or the other not both, thats all. *
