i did 3key format before and working fine, bur recently i tried restore it factory setting by type in star seven seven three zero hash then everything include my first picture in the mass storage was gone forever. So u guys here better try it also. * +

that formats mass memory as well ? and there's is an option to click for restore factory settings which is not the same as format as it just restores default settings on the fone. *
