Yes win7 cud install phoenix, jaf, nss, nsu, etc.....prob is nsu dosnt work ( i also cudnt install it) for quite a time now, wot u shud do is to install Nokia Suite 3.2.98 Beta, this is the one that replaced the Ovi Suite, then u cud use the options under software update inside it..... * +
