Has someone been able to really put the software to test? I would like to know if it stands a comparison with 3g modem in terms of connection speed and transfer rate.. Or even with the native browser of thesame 3g phone on which it was ran. * +

you need to understand wat the app is doing. it only work so that you can connect a wifi device to your fone via a wifi connection between them. So your laptop connects to your fone via wifi and then uses watever normal network connection your fone has to connect to the internet. there's no servers involved its just your fone becoming a router for other devices so they can use your mobile network. * +
