When im install them im getting a message saying that unable to install constrained by cettificates what dose that mean *

they require the highest authorization to be installed. they need 2 be signed with wats called a 17 capabilities certificate. *

you cant get these anymore btw so forget about helloox unless you already have one of those certs *

yes well u can go on helloox.com and pay a donation and u will get a signed version to download and install on yr phone thats wot i did trust me its worth it *
