after updating my c7 to anna last month and java upgraded to 2.2 av not bn able to install any java app, i always recieve error during installation, pls help ? * +

maybe ure doing it the wrong way....u have to turn off phone first, then while pressing ang holding the 3 keys as mentioned by noname turn power on and release only the 3keys when Country query appears or a few secs after nokia logo appears.... * +

sorry but you will loose those apps and bookmarks and fone setup just how you like it, plus i hope your contacts are saved on your sim b4 you try too ??? thats why you shud keep all you app installer files on your memory card so that you dont need to try and find and download them all again ! * +

If you didn't download with opera or ucweb but used the default browser then wen the fone is asking do you want to install the file, press the menu key and use a good file browser like x-plore and goto c:/system/dmgr or temp and find the installer file there somewhere and copy it before making and long press of the menu key to select the installer process again. * +
