Happened with me also. just go to settings in xplore and tick to show system files and folders then change the attributes of the files and folders. When you transfer your files from the pc its changes the attributes and make them hidden. * +

Do as pk_goyal said. The .ink files which you are seeing are actually shortcut files. The actual folder has been hidden. But you can see the hidden folder through X-plore. This happened because of virus in your PC. So, fix your PC first. *
