..it's not that I'm giving this reply because I own a 97 mini (pinochio) lol,but you'd swap a touch phone for lower os,bigger screen for smaller,ect etc..if have problems with 97's ram,use handy taskman2close opened appz,I'm running even spb shell on mine 97 mini and easily live with 'round 20Mb of ram.. * +
