I downloaded an app 4rm Ovi store, copied the .sis.dcf file before install, but wen i try to install on another phone, it says file lock.. Cant even sign it.... Any way around d locked file? * +

Not that i'm aware of. thats the point of it. they dont want you paying for an app then sharing it with thousands of others do they . . * +
