there is a uk law that if broken you can get upto 3 or 4 years its the mobile phone reprogamming act, the imei is there for a reason, the data base that imei's are stored on is not international, though there are working on making it that way. Once a phone is blocked in uk send it overseas and it'll work fine * +

alot of more modern phone are coming with one time programmable chips so it'll be more hardwired into the phone, so the only way would be to change the chip....... Whos going to that trouble for a mobile, my advice, get a fking job like the rest of us, wait like the rest of us and then buy a phone, LIKE THE REST OF US. It's like changing the plates on a car. * +
