a better way would be to ask them 2 update one of their own handsets then try using ovi, so they can see for themselves a reset dont help. if you can actually convince some1 to try it themselves they'll take higher up to get sorted out. till they try they wont believe you know wat your talkin about. * +

Is it possible to install ovi apps from web. I think it just sends an SMS to mobile and then the message redirects us to ovi store which again stucks on loading screen. * +

Uninstall the Ovi app. I had problems with it so i got rid. I access it through wap instead now. Actually works now. *
