hi....as we know we can easily get a dev cert with 17 capabilities..but i want a full dev cert with 20 capabilities.opda,xstevedore certs are only with 17 caps and as now symbiansigned is giving 20caps cert only to developers.so is their ny way i can get a cert wit 20 caps.i dnt want to hack my phone.any help will be appreciated *

get a developer friend and then ask them to request one for your imei. dont kno any other way u'd get one. *
