my father bought a Nokia n8 sim free from cpw but every time he tries send or reply to a message it says sending failed due to the message centre number being changed to something like 33445 ive tried an update but seems to be problem with phone anyone else had similar problem? * +

Just ring whichever network your with and ask them for the correct message centre number. you shud find the option in messages menu. select options then settings * +

get your network to send the message centre number as a txt sim update and store it then it should work ok * +

i sent it from my networks web site get settings it came as a Txt message and i saved it but like i say some weird number appears after a short while * +
