Well its easy goto cer.opda.cn select england flag and you'll get register option register thier and then give them your imei number and your phone model name. They'll give you cert and key. * +

note incase u got there dnt be confuse as d opda is now shoujizu.net/en/ just rigister then chose smybian or cerfitcte then do as above hv said * +
