Because it's already installed and i don't think that you can do anything on that. Try symbian skyfire browser don't know whether they still support your country or not * +

Symbian s60v3/s60v5/Symbian3 have built-in Flash Lite 3.0, Symbian3 Anna Update and above versions will have Flash Lite 4.0. Also i think Symbian version of skyfire have now stopped working. * +
