hi and hello all. Yes im here :) wil talk alot about my absence. But first, about a problem. When i tried putting my n79 memory card in 5230, it said its password protected. Suprising thing is that i havent set any password neither has set any remote lock code. But its asking. Ok.i tried searchin mmcstore file in c sys data. (had to unhack my phone to get its access) but i m not seein any password * +

i copied that mmc store file in e drive. Renamed it to .txt when opened all i can see is ?SM00000??-?????a?d?i? .... I was told that my password would be one in between '?'s ... Can anyone help me in gettin it ? I have access to pc with windows 7 and have data cable and Mmc card reader and n79 5230 with me. Want to get mmc unlocked with these resources. Thanks in advance. * +

hello adi,welcome back,hope your health is in better conditions now,hope your studying/career/work is in progress,glad to see you again..now let's work on your quest-..1.) you surelly haven't put any pwd on that card in your n79?..2.)..theen your 5230 has protected it's previous card and that 'mmc store file' is from old card..(can you remember if you ever put any pwd@any card in 5230?) * +

..3.)..check for the same file,same path,BUT in your n79 (if find in in the folder,zip it and upload)..finally 4.)..could you zip and upload that 'mmc store file' from your 5230 in both format,the original one and the renamed to txt....though,your pwd may be simple 'adi',as well..lol * +

..you could do 2 things..1.)..enter 'adi' as a pwd,when insert that card to 5230..if not working (still asking for pwd or wrong pwd),then..2.)..with NO card in the phone,cut/paste somewhere the whole 'mmc store' folder (save it for later,to restore,if this step wont work)..now switch off the phone and insert the card,the start it and try to access the card.. *
