if that was entirely true why do torrent sites break down peers into seeders and leechers proton ? seeders 2 me are ppl with the full file on their computer that r still leaving it connected 4 sharing, leechers are still in the process of downloading it. would the server kno that u never bothered 2 help share once you'd downloaded the file ? *
