I reset my factory settings and my bluetooth name was reset and i pressed ok for the phone name and my keys 147* dont work and i did a restore from my computer hoping to bring back my bluetooth name but it wont come back with the last to back up restores is that it is it until i get my phone fixed the keys just dont press anymore even after i took the buttons off and pressed the thing behind it. *

I throught when you back up your phone it saves everything including your bluetooth name *
