Hya guys I've got a prob, my mrs was on her nokia e5 when suddenly it turned off and now won't turn on it's not the battery and when I plug it in it does nothing. Any ideas how I can get it to work again *

You'll have to go to Nokia care, because they can check it with other battery and try this battery on other device to find the fault. Also if the firmware has died they can dead flash it. *
