Am using n73 accordn to its specifications on gsm arena it shows dat it doesnt hav GPS facility,my fne has NOKIA MAP whch givs me all directns in my city via edge/3g. Wat is d diff btwn gps n nokia map den? * +

if your phone has a gps receiver it can tells you about your location and helps for navigation while Nokia maps is just an application which displays the maps. * +

If ur fone has gps then it uses gps satellite to give ur location and it is accurate in a range of 10 meters of ur actual location. If ur fone doesn't have gps then it uses ur mobile network's tower to give ur location. And u must have internet 4 that. * +

it is not much accurate as it shows the range covered by ur network's tower.sometime range may be more than 2 kilo meters of ur actual location .Thats it. * +
