If it still has an early version that models firmware on it, then an update may improve things in that department 4 u. plus if its a 'network branded' fone (network startup animations etc) getting it replaced by normal generic nokia fw will help 2 usually *

press star hash 0000 hash on the standby screen 2 check wat your current firmware is, then compare thru googling 4 e65 latest firmware. If wat u find on google is a higher number then there more upto date software available, come back here n ask the next step or question n some1 will point u in rite direction *
