I found a solution for other members that get failed message when using the SW Update if you get it and doesnt allow you to install delete the files in Private/20019119/(2000f85a) just keep trying its Nokias Servers that are causing the update errors. I take no credit for this goes out to the members on the Nokia Forum. To get to the private folders connect your n8 up to pc in to mass storage mode * +

Oops almost forgot in the (2000f85a) theres a folder called data in there are the sisx files that are downloaded this would be handy if anyone can check to see if thous files are on ur n8 to upload them so if other members like myself cant install it from nokias service to install them from a zip file. * +
