Hi, thanx 4 the ideas.. I dont have her phone, but remember it was only phone mem selected. Dont think theres double entries. I tested and called and it said 'call 1' ...i think. lol.. Whatever '1' means. ..ill have a look at the user group and that service provider network ID. *
