low ram can cause device to restart install program handytaskman and see whats running after startup .there many things such as contacts msgs music ect start and run in background kill them with the app i mentioned to increase user available ram * +

use jbaktasman, you'll see if you open log files and contacts, they still continue to run in background even once you close them. jbaktasman will show them running and allow you to close them * +
