i got my E63 yesterday. Very happy with it except for the joystick button. When you press the bottom of it to scroll downwards it feels slightly unresponsive almost like a ,enu button that has wear on it. Is this normal? The button is also angled slightly downwards towards the keypad. the bitton does work fine though. * +

they said they replace if i have any problems within first 7 days. Wonder if they'll just think i'm full of cr*p * +

i cant stand that soft spongy feeling when the button is pressed. Hope they exchange it for me without giving me problems * +

atleast let them test the button themselves, youre obviously nt satisfied. Take it back and get a fresh one. * +

Gonna take it back tomorrow. checked out someone else's and their joystick button is fine, so it's definately a fault. * +

took phone in today, they insist that their is nothing wrong with scroll key button and refuse to swop it. Made them let me check on other E63, and it's the same. now i'm stuck with brand new phone that is seriously irritating me. Can it be that the scroll key is like this? Always used nokia's and this is the first time i've experienced this * +
