yeah it's ridiculous, i dont nomaly shout, but i made sure i made a scene, not that it helped much. Lol. Been checking on the net for service manual for phone' does not seem to easy to find. Gonna take keypad out and check it. if i cant see anything wrong then i'm gonna buy new keypad see if that sorts the problem out. Gonna also try contact nokia themselves and see what they have to say * +

had to pay for phone, now i got to pay for repairs too on brand new phone. I may as well tear up throw away my warrenty as it seems pointless *
