Subject: 5800 Original Firmware

I had the C6 firmware on my 5800 which was based on V51 so I had to go back to the original version before going to V52.kidzwai, are you able to update using the updater on your phone after choosing euro red? I got the original firmware installed now, but I cannot update. It says operation cancelled by server. The PNHT forums are down so I can't ask there. * +

I used euro blue to revert back to 5800 but i also have a problem updating on the phone. It shows a compatibility error. * +

I can't access the Ovi Store or the Facebook/Twitter app either. For all Nokia apps it probably checks with the server and finds something incompatible. It is strange because it was working with V51 prior. The only thing that would work is downgrading to the South African V40 and then upgrading to V52. But downgrading is almost impossible on a 5800. * +

Haha I'm not going to mess around with downgrading. I suppose the other way would be to find out what product code it updated the original V51 firmware too and then find that specific one. *
