simple if u have serious problem and nokia care wont find solution after repairing it then request them to send to nokia headoffice as handset go to headoffice only when it having serious problem which cant solve and then headoffice ppl do replace handset if there are real problem is handset. As per nokia care my handset n battery both was faulty it written on jobsheet. * +
