Well am reading up on the whole thing since it happened to me and it seems a common happening if you do a deep reset as in this 3key combo reset *+3+green-call-key if you had helloox2 hacking your phone before and you do such reset beware there is a 70percent chance that u will have a prob hacking ya phone again using helloox2 or any version of it * +

My firmware is 400,21,013 (236,05) rm357 am using a E71-2 i hard format my fone right now helloox2 wont hack it back again it stops at installing root cert so am wonder cause am tryna think of ideas so wanting yall views anyways 2? So 1 Can i how to reinstalled the same firmware u think it would work then helloox2 that is ?2 is jaf able to do it as in proven to wrk on a e71 jaf cwf * +

I wanna knw if i can reinstall my 400,21,013 using jaf or whatever let me knw plz biggzy u knw jaf so shed your light on the matter also if i dwngrade firmware n use ovi suite to check for firmware would the 4,21,13 appear for upgrade just pop ideas * +

i believe you can always reinstall FW. And wouldend do a downgrade.... Just download helloOX again. Reinstall it again and let it run. If it fails,delete hello and install again and run it. * +

I have it sign cuz it has to be sign i keep installing and tryn so hopeful it slips through but i guess the hard reset mess alot up cuz my ovi contacts that came on phone vanished worse new firmware is available n dam ovi saying none is available am wondering if its the ovi suite version making me have that problem * +
