no light on screen or white just black keys work but carnt see anyfing.if its screen no probs but fought id get some colour or lcd crack.any advice welcome. * +

Your description isn't that clear but with slides there's the problem of the ribbon that connects the screen to the mother board wearin out which can cause freaky results * +

soz the phone turns on the keys light up and sound works but the screen is just blank no colours at all jus lack blank screen. * +

That could be the lcd too, i'd go into a privately owned fone shop and ask if they'd test it 4 u. If they take apart the screen housin its easy 2 hook up a new screen without havin 2 totally fit it in place. If it comes on n works u kno its the lcd, if not its the ribbon * +
