am having problems tryin to change my security code and also restoring factory settings, i've clearly checkd that am not making any mistakes verifying the code when changin the lock code, it keeps saying code error.... How can i fix this??? * +

Try a soft reset star hash 7780 hash. If the prob persists then do a hard reset star hash 7730 hash. * +
