I got a Nokia N97, and I have that fingerprint recognition software. Whenever my keypad locks, to unlock it, it needs my thumb print. It was was working all fine, but now whenever I try, it gives me an error saying access denied. How to get past this please? * +

long press the menu key n close the app n go back to the app n check the unlockin settings :) * +

oh dear, looks like youl have to put the memorycard in a card reader and try to delete tha app manualy. or format * +
