remove all messages from device, clear some space on phone memory, also reboot to get all RAM back to norm * +

also check the settings with your network if it wasn't set up by them. U may have the wrong service centre number or similar * +

that phone model is a buggy so n so.. A back up to mem card n gulp... Hard reset has cleared prob on other users phones * +
