..tnx @ceetw2..yip @archihot,lol..tat was another app,'IndiRandomizer',which is making indicators go wild,up and down..this one can 'adjust' network and/or battery 'strength',set to any number from zero,empty,to 7,full bar..also,preforms fake charging,no charger connected,but baterry indicator's moving by lol *
