N96 was the worst of the S60v3s 
you're better off with a N95-8gb than N96. Between N85 and N95 id say N85: Larger battery,longer batt life, generaly faster, FM Transmitter, better slimmer and ergonomicaly friendly design, FP2 etc... Like crail said, n95 is old now. * +
