ive hacked with hello caribe a few times before..backdate an install xplore but after i install hellocaribe and click option menu1 it crashes...dosnt give an option as usual for done... probably..it crashes before..anyone came across this prob before? thnx in advance * +

Have u just recently downloaded it again from somewhere? there r 2 versions of carbide u c. The earlier crashes which is no problem if the instructions have been followed. * +

....Yes it crash, but when you open xplore, can't you see the sys folder? I hacked an E61i yesterday the way you did it and i saw the sys and private folders in C * +

@ 3mel i havnt downloaded it recently..its the same one i have for months i think i got it from jscott sometime ago but ive used it on numerous ocasions...instructions have been followed directly but when i go back to xplore theres no changes...@ sarry, still cannot see the acces the sys folder...this is a first caz ive never had this prob before and after option-menu1 i normally see done... prob * +

then u must have updated your firmware since last it worked 4 u. If your fw is v20 carbide shud work but any higher than that and it will not and you'll need 2 apply for a cert so u can use helloOX as mentioned. See pinned topics for details on getting one. . . * +
