Hard(3key) format it , so that it will be reset to default 12345 . . Take it frm there . * +

That wont reset the security code unless your phones feeling generous...there a way with nss app search the forums for the topic * +

4 sure im Not doubting you m8 as it has also work for me sometimes also...i know it has 4 sure because i dunt use 12345 code and had to after hard reset and try use security feavres ....it also did it in 60v2 mobi i had sometimes also...but most times it doesnt and code remains as you set it.....would be great to figureout what state phone must be in for it to wipe in formatt to the default code....im think its just a bit of error luck or overloadgiveup.as nokia care wouldnt have t * +
