Vice, Snapdragon is an A8 Cortex. A8 Cortex is just the CPU architecture AFAIK , just like ARM9 AND ARM11. TI OMAP3x x x series are A8 Cortex, Snapdragon is A8 Cortex, Samsung Hummingbird CPU is A8 Cortex and so is the A4 Apple CPU in iPhone4 and iPad. * +

Yep,N900 has a ARM A8-Cortex, TI OMAP3430 the 1st of the TI OMAP3x x x series of A8 Cortex chipsets. * +
