It could be that you don't have internet access enabled on your handset. If it says something like, ''subscribe to packet data first'', then you need to contact o2 and get them to enable net access on your phone. Takes two minutes. They'll send you a text, turn off, on, presto. :) * +

i think settings is not a problem perhaps he is using wap instead of gprs so he needs .prov file for O2 i have uploaded it but i need to conform that he is able to browse through default browser * +

Contact your internet provider for their access point. Like ours in Sierra Leone, celtel access point is celtelnet, tigo is wap.com. They are all providing gprs * +
